Precision Baratron® Calibration and Repair
Laminar repairs and calibrates each Baraton to ensure it operates according to manufacturers specifications.
At Laminar Technologies, every Baratron and pressure device is calibrated on automated MKS Vacuum Diagnostic Systems, allowing our technicians to test 20m Torr full scale to 1000 Torr within +/- 0.08% of reading accuracy. Each unit returns to your facility performing to original factory specification, with NIST-traceable documentation that holds up under the most stringent requirements.
Complete Sensor and PCB Replacement
A Baratron that drifts, reads erratically, or fails self-test is rarely beyond repair — but restoring it to specification often requires component-level work that generic calibration shops cannot perform. Laminar provides a complete service that includes sensor and/or PCB replacement as needed, using qualified parts and proven procedures.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017
Every Baratron we calibrate ships with a Certificate of Calibration documenting service report data, pressure readings, and traceability to the NIST.
